Coaches are matched to the headcount and the venue, not to what happens to be free. Every vehicle is air-conditioned, seatbelted and GPS tracked.
51-seater coach
Our largest coach, used for conventions, annual dinners and full-day tour groups where one vehicle should carry everyone.
49-seater coach
A full-size coach for company events, offsites and airport groups, with underfloor space for everyone's luggage.
45-seater coach
The workhorse of corporate chartering — comfortable for long days, easy to stage at hotel driveways and office lobbies.
23-seater minibus
Small enough for narrow hotel driveways and quick repositioning, big enough for a full team plus luggage.
12-seater van
A high-roof van for small groups that still want one vehicle — tight car parks, quick airport runs and short point-to-point trips.
Every bus works backwards from one fixed time.
Transport is the part of a programme most likely to slip. So we start at the time that cannot move and build every pickup, drop-off and return leg back from it.

Tell us the one time that cannot move — doors open, the first speech, the flight landing. Every departure is planned back from it.
Pickups and headcount
Each address and how many board there. Uneven groups get matched to the right vehicle size instead of paying for empty seats.
The schedule in writing
You receive the timings, vehicle types, driver details and every surcharge before you pay a deposit.

A named coordinator and a direct dispatch number, so one message adjusts a programme that runs late or finishes early.

On time, or we tell you why
Departures are built backwards from your fixed time with a traffic and ERP buffer. If something slips, dispatch calls you before you have to ask.
Every surcharge quoted first
Midnight surcharges, parking, ERP and waiting time are itemised on the quote. Nothing is added after the trip.
One coordinator, one number
The person who plans your booking is reachable on WhatsApp through the day, including changes on the day of travel.
